The Challenge
Defining a physical retail experience for a successful online textile brand that emphasized their commitment to sustainability and craft.
The Approach
We designed modular, adaptable display systems using reclaimed timber and raw steel. The space features central 'experience tables' where customers can touch and understand the fabric-making process.
The Result
The flagship store not only drives significant footfall but serves as an event space for workshops, successfully deepening customer engagement with the brand.
