The Challenge
Translating the vibrant, experimental nature of the chef's culinary approach into a cohesive dining environment that transitions from daytime cafe to evening fine dining.
The Approach
We used a bold palette of terracotta and sage green, layered with custom brass lighting fixtures that can be dimmed to alter the mood dramatically. Acoustic treatment was integrated seamlessly into the ceiling design.
The Result
Zest has become a landmark dining destination, praised equally for its atmosphere and acoustic comfort, winning the National Restaurant Design Award.
