The Challenge
The Kapoor family wanted to transform their sea-facing apartment into a sanctuary that balanced openness with privacy, while accommodating multi-generational living.
The Approach
We designed flowing spaces with retractable glass partitions, allowing the family to create private zones when needed while maintaining an open, connected feel. Natural materials and a restrained palette echo the setting.
The Result
The residence now features a seamless blend of private and communal spaces, with each family having their own wing while sharing breathtaking views from the central living area.
